Course Requirements

This five-week, self-paced course includes guided learning with multimedia, interactive modules, and curated readings. Discussion posts are due on Mondays and all other deliverables are due on Saturdays.

First-time online learner? “Strategies for Success” is a one-week module that will familiarize you with our learning system before you begin your certificate program and ensure you are ready to participate. Required for all first-time, self-paced Bryant learners.

Meet Your Instructor: Josh Varone, PHR, SHRM-CP, PRC

Josh Varone is CHRO at Rhode Island Medical Imaging with 18 years in HR across RI and MA. He previously led HR at AAA Northeast and managed global talent acquisition at Swarovski. He holds a B.A. from UMass Dartmouth, an M.A. from Providence College, and certifications including PHR, SHRM-CP, and PRC.
