Introduction to Total Rewards

Learn about the Total Rewards Model to help retain and motivate employees.

Total Rewards encompass five components — compensation, well-being, benefits, development, and recognition — that collectively define an organization’s strategy to attract, motivate, retain, and engage employees. By taking Bryant University’s Introduction to Total Rewards course as part of your Human Resource Management Certificate, you will enhance your skills related to managing benefits and compensation plans.
