With more than 25 years experience in human resources, Elissa O’Brien, SHRM-SCP, is an expert at analyzing evidence-based data to make pragmatic business decisions. In her current role at WorldatWork, a global association for HR professionals and business leaders, she leads multiple teams responsible for membership, affiliates, strategic partnerships, and customer and partner success. As a former chief human resources officer in several mid-cap organizations, her expertise spans human resources, business development, and strategic initiatives. A Bryant University adjunct faculty member, she teaches HR analytics and business and strategy. She earned an MBA and a Master of Science in Managerial Technology from Johnson & Wales University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Salve Regina University.
