People Analytics

Analyze HR and organizational data to improve employee satisfaction and business outcomes

Why is turnover so high? What can we do to manage healthcare costs? Where should we invest our recruiting dollars? These are just a few of the many questions human resources and business managers face today. Bryant University’s People Analytics course — taught by a SHRM-SCP with more than 25 years of experience — is designed to help you analyze big data to make informed decisions. The course covers how to harness the potential of your most valuable asset: your people.
