Course Requirements

This five-week, self-paced course includes guided learning with multimedia, interactive modules, and curated readings. Discussion posts are due on Mondays and all other deliverables are due on Saturdays. Expect approximately 4-5 hours of work per week.  

First-time online learner? “Strategies for Success” is a one-week module that will familiarize you with our learning system before you begin your program and ensure you are ready to participate. Required for all first-time, self-paced Bryant learners.

Meet Your Instructor: Josh Varone

Josh Varone is currently the chief human resources officer at Rhode Island Medical Imaging (RIMI). He has spent the last 18 years working in human resources in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Prior to his role at RIMI, he spent eight years as the human resources director at AAA Northeast. His experience spans across the globe, including overseeing talent acquisition while at Swarovski. He holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an M.A. from Providence College, and he is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and has his Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC).
