Talent and Performance Management play critical roles in the attraction, development and motivation of the top talent needed for your organization. Roberta Gordon

Senior Higher Education Advisor for Workday Services for Accenture’s Education and Government Consulting Practice. Ms. Gordon brings more than 20 years of experience working in both higher education and human resources. The majority of her career was spent as the Chief HR Officer at Brown University in Providence, RI. She has also served as the HR Manager at a manufacturing subsidiary of Colgate Palmolive and as the compensation and benefits manager at Women and Infants Hospital. Ms. Gordon holds an MBA from Bryant University.
