Basics of Agile and Scrum
Agile and Scrum project management systems help teams create highly engaged collaboration, smoother workflows, reduced time to market, and better products. Through this Basics of Agile and Scrum Certificate, you will learn to implement an iterative methodology for software development projects. You’ll also be able to compare and contrast Agile and Scrum with the more conventionally used waterfall methodologies, picking the right method for the right project. Course Requirements
This five-week, self-paced course includes guided learning with multimedia, interactive modules, and curated readings. Discussion posts are due on Mondays and all other deliverables are due on Saturdays. Expect approximately 5-6 hours of work per week.
First-time online learner? “Strategies for Success” is a one-week module that will familiarize you with our learning system before you begin your certificate program and ensure you are ready to participate. Required for all first-time, self-paced Bryant learners.
After successfully completing this course, you will receive the Basics and Agile and Scrum Certificate.
