Course Requirements

This eight-week, self-paced course includes guided learning with multimedia, interactive modules, and curated readings. Expect approximately 6-7 hours of work per week.

First-time online learner? “Strategies for Success” is a one-week module that will familiarize you with our learning system before you begin your certificate program and ensure you are ready to participate. Required for all first-time, self-paced Bryant learners.

Meet The Instructor, Dr. Atin Jindal

An academic hospitalist and clinical informatician, Atin Jindal works at The Miriam Hospital with Lifespan and Brown University. Based in Providence, Rhode Island, he teaches medical students and residents in internal medicine rotations at the bedside. His interests include artificial intelligence and natural language processing in the clinical context, which he has applied to improve documentation, reduce COPD readmissions, and improve sepsis care.
