Highlight
Whether or not you continue to climb the management ladder is a personal choice. Many find that it is a natural progression, but for others, it might not be a good fit. The instructor takes you through each level of management’s increasing responsibilities so you can make an informed decision before committing to a new role in management.
You’ll take a step back, slow down, and reflect on which career path is in your best interest. Assignments include reflections on what you’ve learned about yourself that you’ll share only with the instructor, Ed Drozda. His thoughtful questions and insightful feedback will guide you as you consider management roles.
