Course Requirements

This five-week, self-paced course includes guided learning with multimedia, interactive modules, and curated readings. Discussion posts are due on Mondays and all other deliverables are due on Saturdays.  

First-time online learner? “Strategies for Success” is a one-week module that will familiarize you with our learning system before you begin your certificate program and ensure you are ready to participate. Required for all first-time, self-paced Bryant learners.

Meet Your Instructor: Robert Massoud, MBA, PMP

Robert Massoud, PMP, is a seasoned business professional with expertise in customer service, project, and operations management. He is a lecturer in management at Bryant University and received the 2020 Excellence in Teaching Award. He holds a B.A. from Catholic University of America and an MBA from Salve Regina University.
