Jason Ronstadt is a systems‑minded educator and creator whose work blends narrative design, emerging technology, and responsible innovation. Drawing on an array of career experience in feature films, publishing, the performing arts, and digital product innovation, he brings an interdisciplinary lens to the study and practice of Responsible AI. 

A former college athlete, Jason has served as the Associate Director and learning design lead for a number of graduate degree programs at Bryant University, including the nationally ranked Online MBA, MS in Taxation, MS in Actuarial Sciences, and the Master of Applied AI. A produced screenwriter, he holds degrees from Pepperdine University, the University of New Hampshire, and New Mexico State, where he also taught for the film school's Creative Media Institute. Jason holds professional AI certifications from the Harvard Data Science Initiative, MIT, and Nvidia, grounding his teaching in both technical rigor and human‑centered design.

Uvika Sharma is the Founder and Managing Partner of INTLDA, an independent AI advisory firm that helps organizations adopt artificial intelligence responsibly through practical strategy, governance, and workforce readiness. With more than 20 years of experience leading data, digital transformation, risk, and AI initiatives across organizations, including Pfizer, Accenture, S&P Global, Moody's, and Citi, she advises executives on turning AI ambition into trusted, sustainable business value.

An international keynote speaker, educator, and advisor, Uvika has spoken at CES, Digital Enterprise Show (DES), and WorldEF Dubai, and has been featured by CNBC TV18 and BusinessWorld for her perspectives on Responsible AI and AI governance. She has designed and delivered executive education, university workshops, and professional training programs that help leaders understand AI, manage risk, and build governance capabilities.

Uvika mentors founders through Cornell Tech and Harvard Business School Startup Partners and is the Co-Founder of Asian Women Advancing AI (AWAAI), a global community advancing opportunity for women in AI. She is passionate about preparing the next generation of leaders to innovate responsibly by combining technical understanding with ethics, governance, and real-world application.
