Bryant University’s Organizational Behavior and Dynamics course was requested by our corporate partners to empower employees, managers, and leaders to understand how their behaviors contribute to an ever-changing work environment. By shining a light on why people behave the way they do, you’ll gain insights on how to resolve conflicts and improve performance in your workplace.

Through the Organizational Behavior and Dynamics Certificate, you will:

Course Requirements

This course consists of five weeks of guided learning, including use of multimedia, interactive modules, and curated readings, as well as meetings with the instructor as requested. Expect to spend approximately 6-7 hours per week working through coursework and assignments.

First-time online learner? “Strategies for Success” is a one-week module that will familiarize you with our learning system before you begin your certificate program and ensure you are ready to participate. Required for all first-time, self-paced Bryant learners.

Alex Cole, Ed.D., is executive director of graduate and professional education at Bryant University, leading program development and management. With 15+ years in higher ed, he’s held leadership roles in PR, marketing, and enrollment. He holds degrees from Trevecca Nazarene, Keuka College, and St. Bonaventure.
