Course Requirements

This Organizational Behavior and Dynamics course consists of five weeks of guided learning, including use of multimedia, interactive modules, and curated readings, as well as meetings with the instructor as requested. Expect to spend approximately 6-7 hours per week working through coursework and assignments.

First-time online learner? “Strategies for Success” is a one-week module that will familiarize you with our learning system before you begin your certificate program and ensure you are ready to participate. Required for all first-time, self-paced Bryant learners.

Meet Your Instructor: Alex Cole

Alex Cole, Ed.D., has taught courses in organizational behavior, policy and management, and economics. As executive director of graduate and professional education at Bryant University, he leads a team that researches, develops, launches, and manages graduate and workforce educational programs. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, he has worked in managerial and leadership roles in areas such as public relations, communications, marketing, and enrollment management. He earned a doctorate in education from Trevecca Nazarene University, a master’s degree from Keuka College, and a bachelor’s degree from St. Bonaventure University.
