It’s a practical course developed so that you can apply new leadership skills to your practice immediately. The instructor incorporates modeling and mirroring exercises to increase confidence, helping you to inspire colleagues and resolve conflicts.

Course Requirements

Consisting of eight weeks of guided learning, the course includes multimedia, interactive modules, curated readings, and meetings with the instructor as requested.

First-time online learner? “Strategies for Success” is a one-week module that will familiarize you with our learning system before you begin your certificate program and ensure you are ready to participate. Required for all first-time, self-paced Bryant learners.

Meet Your Instructor: Michael Gerlach, DMS, MSPA, PA-C

Michael Gerlach, DMS, MSPA, PA-C, is a PA with Southcoast Physicians Group Urology and the first PA on its Board of Governors. He coordinates training, protocols, and scheduling, and contributes to national PA board exams. He also teaches at MCPHS, Regis College, and Bryant University. He holds degrees from Seton Hall University.
